• Classification and Procedure for Establishment of Private Pre-University Colleges are mentioned.
• Eligibility for establishing and maintaining a Private Pre-University College are mentioned.
• The procedure for establishing a new Private Pre-University College under the Department of School Education are specified.
• Recognition and Admissions in Private Pre-University College are specified.
• Eligibility for admission to Ist Year and IInd Year Pre-University Courses are also mentioned.
