The Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA), Bihar on September 20, 2024, notified regarding the submission of application for approval of Authority in the RC in the light of revision of the sanctioned map of a registered project.
The following has been stated:
• The Concerned Promoters need to submit application along with the prescribed fees and additional surcharge as:
o Additional surcharge of Rs 2,00,000 /- for additional flats /Shops/offices/Plots up to 20 in number.
o Additional surcharge of Rs 4,00,000 - for additional flats /Shops/offices/Plots for 21 to 40 in number.
o Additional surcharge of Rs 6,00,000 /- for additional flats /Shops/offices/Plots for 41 to 60 in number.
o Additional surchargc of Rs 8,00,000 /- for additional flats /Shops/offices/Plots for more than 60 in number.
• It has also decided that Promoter needs to submit following documents along with the application:
o The Name, Email Id/ Address, and Contact no., of all the allottees who have made booking.
o Consent on affidavit of the two-third of allottees who have booked flat in the project.
o Revised proforma of Agreement for sale according to the revised map.
o The Authenticated copy of revised sanctioned map and building permit letter.
