The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on September 30, 2024, notified regarding the Payment of SEBI Turnover Fees across segments including GST.
The following has been stated: -
•SEBI turnover fees for various segments will incur 18% GST, effective July 18, 2022.
•The fee, including GST, will be debited from Trading Members' accounts on October 04, 2024.
•Members can view turnover fees and GST in EXTRANET from October 01, 2024, and download invoices from October 03, 2024.
•Ensure sufficient funds in settlement accounts to cover SEBI turnover fees and GST.
