Industry Specific Compliance The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW) on September 26, 2024, issued an amendment in the Schedule of the National Commission for Allied and Healthcare Professions Act, 2021.

The following amendments have been stated:

• In the said Schedule, against serial number 7, in column (2), under the sub-heading “Other Care Professionals”, in column (3), after item (iii) and the entries relating thereto, the following item and entries shall be inserted, namely:-

“(iv) Acupuncture Professionals 2230, 3230”.
