Secretarial Compliance The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on September 30, 2024, issued a notification regarding the Reporting for Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) applications and systems offered and used by market intermediaries.

Trading members using algorithmic software must submit details regarding the use of AI/ML applications for the half-year ending in September 2024. The report is due within 15 calendar days after the end of the half-year.
