The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on September 30, 2024, issued a notification regarding the Introduction of the single filing system through API-based integration between Stock Exchanges.
In reference to SEBI’s consultation paper from June 26, 2024, the first phase of API integration between stock exchanges will launch on October 01, 2024, for "equity" and "equity and debt" listed companies. This phase simplifies filings under Regulation 13(3) of SEBI LODR for grievance redressal by allowing disclosures on one exchange to automatically disseminate to the other. Companies must ensure acknowledgments from both exchanges and check postings. Exclusively debt-listed companies will follow the current filing system until the next phase of integration.
