The National Stock Exchange (NSE) on September 30, 2024, issued a circular regarding the submission of Annual Returns for the Financial year 2023-24 and Half Yearly Networth Certificate on September 30, 2024.
The following has been stated: -
•All Clearing Members are informed that submission of Annual Returns for the financial year ended on March 31, 2024, shall be done to NSE Clearing Limited through the ENIT portal – COMPLIANCE on or before October 31, 2024.
•Members are to submit the Half Yearly Net Worth Certificate as of September 30, 2024, on ENIT by November 30, 2024.
