The Central Board for Secondary Education (CBSE) on September 25, 2024, notified regarding the policy to use CCTV in Examination Centers.
The following has been stated namely: -
• The CCTV Policy for Board Examinations aims to enhance the integrity and security of the examination process through surveillance technology.
• It includes installing and monitoring CCTV systems in examination centers, guidelines for data management and access, compliance with privacy regulations, and protocols for addressing any violations or irregularities observed during examinations.
