Finance & Taxation Compliance The Finance Department, Govt. of West Bengal on September 18, 2024, notified regarding the extension of the date for the applications for revision cases filed from April 01, 2022, to September 30, 2023.

It extends the date up to March 31, 2025, within which the applications for revision cases filed under Section 87 (1C) of the West Bengal Value Added Tax Act, 2003, during the period from April 01, 2022, to September 30, 2023, shall be disposed of.
