The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on September 30, 2024, notified regarding the submission of periodic reports by Investment Advisers.
The following has been stated namely: -
• This is in reference to BSE notice no. 20240731-50 dated July 31, 2024, stating the Master Circular – Investment Adviser, all enlisted Investment Advisers were required to submit their periodic report for the half year ending September 30, 2024, via the BSE portal.
• It is stated that the portal shall be available from October 1 to October 15, 2024, during which all enlisted IAs are requested to download the new Excel utility and follow the steps in the attached User Manual (Annexure I).
