The Odisha Real Estate Regulatory Authority (ORERA) on September 30, 2024, issued a format for obtaining 2/3rd consent of Allottees u/s 12(2)(ii) of RE (R&D) Act, 2016.
The following has been stated namely: -
• It states that as per Section 14(2)(ii) of the RE (R&D) Act, 2016, promoters shall obtain written consent from at least two-thirds of allottees, excluding themselves, for apartments in a building, the need for a prescribed consent format has arisen.
• The format for obtaining consent of the allottees by the promoter is attached in the document below.
