Finance & Taxation ComplianceThe Department of Excise and Taxation, Govt. of Haryana on September 30, 2024, notified regarding the enforcement date of certain provisions of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Ordinance, 2024.

The following has been stated namely: -

• The provisions of section 34 of the said Ordinance shall come into force on October 01, 2024.

• The provisions of sections 2 and 9 of the said Ordinance shall come into force on April 01, 2025.
