Finance & Taxation Compliance The Directorate General of Foreign Trade, (DGFT) on October 01, 2024, issued a notification regarding the Streamlining of Halal Certification Process for Meat and Meat Products.

The following has been stated-

•New Policy condition 8 under Chapter 2 and, Policy Condition 2 under Chapter 16 of Schedule-II (Export Policy), ITC(HS) 2022 are inserted as mentioned in the document.

•This shall come to effect from October 16, 2024.
