The Government of Maharashtra on October 01, 2024, issued an amendment in the older notification no. 15E/2018-State Tax, dated June 29, 2018, stating no requirement of an E-way bill on or after July 01, 2017, for intra-state movement in respect of certain goods.
The following has been amended namely: -
• After Serial number 2, a new entry "3 stating Turmeric, Chilli (Genus: Capsicum), and Raisins are transported for a distance of up to fifty kilometers within the State of Maharashtra for the purpose of job work, storage, and warehousing".
