Secretarial ComplianceThe Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on October 04, 2024, issued the Guidelines towards Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing Report submission through the BEFS Portal.

This is in reference to BSE Notice No: 20240916-2 Dated September 16, 2024, wherein All Stockbrokers/Depository Participants are required to conduct and complete the Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) during the period September to November for FY 2024-25 and the final report shall be submitted through member portal to the Stock Exchanges within one month from the date of completion of Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) after approval from Technology Advisory Committee of respective Stockbrokers.  

The reporting must be done, in electronic form through BSE BEFS (BSE Electronic Filing System) and the module for submission is now enabled at following link:
