The Indian Clearing Corporation Limited (ICCL) on October 04, 2024, notified regarding the Submission of Annual Audited Net worth Certificate, Auditor’s Report & Audited Annual Accounts for the financial year ended on March 31, 2024.
The attention of Clearing Members is drawn to the submission of the Annual returns for the financial year ended on 31/03/2024 latest by October 31, 2024.
Clearing Members are required to upload the necessary documents online through Electronic Filing system (IEFS). The path for submission of the Annual return is as below:
