The National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange Limited (NCDEX) on October 04, 2024, notified regarding the submission of the Half Yearly Networth Certificate as on September 30, 2024.
The following has been stated namely: -
• It states that members shall submit the Half Yearly Networth Certificate and Statement of Computation of Networth as of September 30, 2024, by November 30, 2024, via the NCFE Portal in electronic format.
• It states that if a member reports or the Exchange observes a shortfall in net worth in two consecutive submissions of the Annual Return or Half Yearly Networth, action will be taken to disable the Trading Terminal following the second consecutive shortfall.
• It mentions that members shall ensure due compliance with the above regulatory requirement on or before November 30, 2024.
