The Government of Rajasthan on August 06, 2024, issued the Rajasthan Trade Articles (Licensing and Control) (Amendment) Order, 2024, to further amend the Rajasthan Trade Articles (Licensing and Control) Order, 1980.
The following amendment has been stated:
• In Schedule II,
o For the period up to September 30, 2024, after the existing serial number 7 and entries thereto, the following new serial number 8 and entries thereto shall be added, namely:
''8. Pulses namely Tur and Chana, (for the period up to September 30, 2024).''; and
o For the period up to March 31, 2025, after the serial number 8 and entries thereto, so added, the following new serial number 9 and entries thereto shall be added, namely:
''9. Wheat (for the period up to March 31, 2025)''.
This notification will come into force from August 06, 2024.
