The Government of Kerala on September 09, 2024, notified regarding the LSGD Building Construction Rules: Revised parking facility conditions.

The following has been stated:

• It has stated that parking may be allowed subject to conditions in the plot adjacent to the plot where the building is proposed to be constructed. The distance between the place where construction is taking place and the place specially proposed for parking should not exceed 200 meters.
