The Kerala Real Estate Regulatory Authority (KRERA) on September 02, 2024, notified regarding the Mandatory Submission of Updated Quarterly Progress Reports by Promoters - Compliance Reminder and Consequences of Non-Submission.
The following has been stated:
• All promoters are hereby reminded that the periodical uploading of the Quarterly progress report (QPR) on the web portal of the Authority is one of the mandatory requirements after the registration of the project.
• The promoters must upload the quarterly progress of registered projects in a timely manner on the web portal of the Authority within 7 days of the end of each quarter.
