The Ministry of Finance (MoF) on September 27, 2024, issued a Corrigendum to an older notification no. G.S.R. 584(E) dated September 20, 2024, related to Direct Tax Vivad se Vishwas Rules, 2024.
The following amendment has been stated:
• At page number 28, in schedule V, which states “To be filled in case appeal of Department is pending before the ITAT”, in row A, the words “OR to be filed” shall be omitted;
• At page number 32, in Schedule XXIII, which states “To be filled in case appeal or writ of Department is pending before the High Court”, in row A, the words “or appeal to be filed” shall be omitted;
