Finance & Taxation Compliance The Government of Kerala on September 28, 2024, notified regarding the manner of calculation of the amount payable by an applicant under chapter III of the Kerala Finance Act, 2024.

The following has been stated:

• For making payment under sub-section (1) of section 9 of the said Act;

• For making payment under sub-section (3) of section 9 of the said Act; and

• For making payment of the short paid amount referred to in sub-section (3) of section 10 of the said Act;
