Finance & Taxation Compliance The Government of Maharashtra on September 30, 2024, issued a corrigendum to an older notification no. 04/2024-State Tax (Rate)] dated August 23, 2024, related to amendments in the state tax rate.

The following has been stated:

•In para B,

o In clause (1), omit the words and figures "before the words "Heading 9972"

o In clause (ii),

o For the word "numbered" read the word "re-numbered";

o In Explanation 2, after clause (a), omit the word "and";

• In Para C, in the table, in column (3) for the figure "90" read the word "ninety".
