The Government of Himachal Pradesh on October 03, 2024, issued the Rules of Business of the Government of Himachal Pradesh (18th Amendment) Rules, 2024, to further amend the Rules of Business of the Government of Himachal Pradesh, 1971.
The following amendment has been stated:
• In rule 26, the following new proviso shall be added after existing proviso, namely:
“Provided that while ordering the directions for disposal of the cases in the department by way of Standing Orders, the Minister-in-charge shall after granting initial specific approval to projects/Scheme/beneficiary for implementation of Schemes/projects/programmes under all Centrally Sponsored Schemes and Externally Aided Projects, the cases relating to subsequent sanctioning/releasing of funds under these Schemes shall be disposed of at the level of Secretary of the Department.”
This notification will come into force from October 03, 2024.
