Industry Specific Compliance The Protection of Plant Varieties and Farmers' Rights Authority (PPVFRA) on August 28, 2024, issued the General Guidelines for Establishment and Management and list of Field Gene Banks.

The following has been stated:

• It has approved the tablishment and Management of Field Gene Banks (FCBs) for maintenance of Plant varieties gistered under PPVFR Act, 2001. The General Guidelines for Establishment and Management id list of Field Gene Banks are enclosed.
