The National Stock Exchange (NSE) on October 07, 2024, issued a circular regarding dissemination of the SCORES 2.0 domain name on the website of the Trading Members.
The following has been stated: -
•SEBI and NSE issued circulars advising Trading Members to update their websites with the new SCORES 2.0 domain name and to replace the old domain.
•Members must also disseminate information about the complaint redressal process through the SEBI Complaint Redressal (SCORES) Platform and link it to the Online Dispute Resolution platform. Additionally, it is required to publish the updated complaint redressal mechanism process flow on their sites.
