The National Stock Exchange (NSE) on October 08, 2024, notified regarding the Cyber Security and Cyber Resilience Audit of Trading Members (Type – III).
Trading Members must submit the Preliminary Cyber Security Audit Report by November 30, 2024, and the Action Taken Report (ATR), if applicable, by February 28, 2025. For each non-compliance, a corrective action report must be submitted, and the auditor will update compliance status on ENIT. Full submission requires management comments, with compliance for each Term of Reference (TOR) item specified. Non-compliance penalties are outlined in the NSE circular dated October 5, 2023. The submission link for the Cyber Security Audit Report will be available starting October 18, 2024.
