Finance & Taxation Compliance The Ministry of Finance (MoF) on October 08, 2024, issued a notification regarding the waiver of Late Fees for GSTR-7 Filings.

The following has been stated: -

•The Central Government waives late fees for registered persons required to file GSTR-7 for June 2021 onwards, limiting excess fees to ₹1,000, and fully waives fees for months with no central tax deducted at source.

This notification shall come into force on November 01, 2024.
