Secretarial Compliance The National Stock Exchange (NSE) on October 08, 2024, issued a circular regarding the submission of Annual Returns for the Financial year 2023-24.

The following has been stated: -

•Broker Dealers are required to submit annual returns i.e. balance sheet, statement of profit & loss account, directors report, details in respect of shareholding, directors, Networth Certificate, etc. as may be applicable for the financial year ended March 31, 2024, on or before October 31, 2024.
