The Government of Bihar on October 03, 2024, issued the list of holidays for 2025.
There will be a general holiday in all the offices under the State Government and all the Revenue Magistrate Courts on the festivals/occasions mentioned in the attached Schedule-1 under the executive order.
The State Government employees can avail a maximum of three leaves in the entire year from the optional/restricted holidays mentioned in the attached Schedule-2.
The public holidays shall be observed in the State of Bihar in the year 2025 on the festivals/occasions mentioned in Schedule-3 annexed hereto.
The annual bank closing of accounts in the State of Bihar in the year 2025 on the occasion mentioned in Schedule-4 attached hereto.
