The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) on October 09, 2024, issued a circular notifying extension of time for filing Forms to monitor voluntary liquidation processes under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, and the regulations made thereunder.
The following has been stated namely: -
• This is in reference with Circular No. IBBI/LIQ/74/2024 dated June 28, 2024, the liquidators were directed to file forms relating to the voluntary liquidation latest by September 09, 2024.
• It specifies that in response to representations from liquidators and Insolvency Professional Agencies regarding submission challenges, the deadline for submitting forms has been extended to November 30, 2024.
