The Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI) on October 08, 2024, issued the Draft Cost and Works Accountants (Amendment) Regulations, 2024, to further amend the Cost and Works Accountants Regulations, 1959.
The following amendment has been stated:
• In Regulation 89, which states “Location of the Office of the Council”, for the words “Kolkata” the words “Delhi” shall be substituted.
Any objection or suggestion in respect of the said draft Regulations, may file the same for consideration by the Council of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India within 30 days from October 08, 2024, through the link available on the website of the Institute.
The objections or suggestions received through email or post or by hand shall not be entertained.
