Secretarial ComplianceThe Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on October 08, 2024, issued the notification regarding the Submission of Politically exposed person (PEP) details along with Annual Audited Net worth Certificate, Auditor’s Report & Audited Annual Accounts for FY 2023-2024.

The following has been stated namely: -

• Trading Members are to submit a declaration on Politically Exposed Persons (PEP) through BEFS online portal.

• The submission of declaration of Politically Exposed Person is mandatory along with the submission of Annual Return for FY 2023-24.
