The Multi Commodity Exchange of India Limited (MCX) on October 08, 2024, issued the notification regarding the Reminder on the Reporting of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) applications and systems offered and used by members of the Exchange.
The following has been stated namely: -
• Members are required to submit the details for the Half Year ended September 2024, as per the applicability criteria given below:
o Trading Members using Algorithm software – Half yearly basis within 15 calendar days of the expiry of the half year.
• Members are to submit the aforesaid submission in the prescribed format on the Exchange Portal on or before October 15, 2024
The portal will remain open for submission till October 15, 2024.
