The Ministry of Finance (MoF) on October 08, 2024, issued the notification regarding the amendment to notification no. 1/2017- Integrated Tax (Rate) dated June 28, 2017 which states “IGST Rate Schedule”
The following has been stated namely: -
• Schedule I – 5% in List 1, after item number 232 the following has been inserted namely: -
“(233) Trastuzumab Deruxtecan
(234) Osimertinib
(235) Durvalumab”
• Schedule II – 12%, after S. No. 32B the following has been inserted namely: -
“32 C - Extruded or expanded products, savoury or salted (other than un-fried or un-cooked snack pellets, by whatever name called, manufactured through process of extrusion)”
• Schedule IV – 28%, after S. No. 210 the following has been inserted namely: -
“210A – Seats of a kind used for motor vehicles”
This shall come into force on October 10, 2024.
