The Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (CERC) on October 09, 2024, issued the Draft Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Sharing of inter-State Transmission Charges and Losses) (Fourth Amendment) Regulations, 2024 to further amend the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Sharing of Inter-State Transmission Charges and Losses) Regulations, 2020
