The following has been stated namely: -
• Members shall submit the Half Yearly Networth Certificate and Computation of Networth for September 30, 2024, electronically to the Exchange by November 30, 2024.
• It provides important instructions regarding Half Yearly Networth Submission for half year ended September 30, 2024, in the following Annexures:
o Minimum Networth Requirement - Annexure 1
o Format of Networth Certificate & Computation of Networth (SEBI Prescribed) - Annexure 2
o Actions for Non-Compliance - Annexure 3
o Help file for online submission of the documents - Annexure 4
