The India International Exchange (INX) on October 08, 2024, notified regarding the submission of the Internal Audit Report for the half year ended September 2024.
The following has been stated namely: -
• Brokers-Dealers are advised to submit the Internal Audit Report and other documents (in electronic form) for the half year ended September 30, 2024, latest by November 30, 2024, only through the web-based application - IIEFS of the exchange (INDIA INX Electronic Filing System)
• It provides information regarding Certification/ format/ guidance/ penal action for Internal Audit Report in Annexure 1-5.
• It further states that late submissions will incur a penalty of USD 2 per day for December 2024 and USD 10 per day from January 2025 until submission or disablement.
