The Government of Jammu & Kashmir October 10, 2024, rescinded an older notification No. S.O. 105, dated March 03, 2023, related to Jammu And Kashmir Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017.
The following has been started: -
•In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (4B) of rule 8 of the Jammu And Kashmir Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the Government, on the recommendations of the Council, rescinds the notification S.O. 105, dated March 03, 2023, issued by Finance Department.
This notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from July 10, 2024.
