The Revenue Department (Excise), Andhra Pradesh on October 10, 2024, amended an older notification No. G.O.Ms.No.327, Revenue(Ex. II)Department, Dated May 21, 2012, related to Andhra Pradesh (Regulation Of Trade In Indian Made Foreign Liquor, Foreign Liquor) Act, 1993.
The following has been stated: -
•In the notification, the following shall be substituted in the paragraph under the heading
D.Additional Privilege Fee: -
The Maximum Retail Price (MRP) for each bottle of Indian Made Foreign Liquor / Foreign liquor shall be rounded up to the next higher ten rupees.
