Secretarial ComplianceThe National Stock Exchange (NSE) on October 08, 2024, notified regarding the introduction of an online platform for Mutual Fund Announcement.

The following has been stated namely: -

• This is in accordance with SEBI LODR for submission of Mutual Fund Announcement by all Listed AMCs under regulation 90(1) Submission of Documents.

• The Listed AMCs are required to submit the Mutual Fund Announcement of the Effective Date through the online module only in the NEAPS application.
