The National Stock Exchange (NSE) on October 11, 2024, notified regarding the submission of Half Yearly Internal Audit Report by Clearing Members for half year ended September 30, 2024.
The following has been stated namely: -
• It states that all the submissions of Half Yearly Internal Audit Report shall be made to the email ID “[email protected]” with the subject line “Internal Audit Report- Name of the Clearing Member (Clearing Member Code) – September 2024.
• It provides the due date to submit the Internal Audit Report is within two months from the end of the half year ended September 30, 2024, that is November 30, 2024.
• It provides the list of Annexures applicable for the Internal Audit Report for the half year ended September 30, 2024:
o Internal Audit Certificate - Annexure I
o Annexure II (Excel File-"IARNCLSEP24")
o Guidelines on sample selection & other points to be noted - Annexure III
o List of indicative SEBI/NCL/NSE circulars - Annexure IV
o List of samples verified - Annexure V
