Finance & Taxation ComplianceThe Department of Finance, Jammu and Kashmir on October 10, 2024, notified regarding the amendment in an older notification no. SRO 464 of 2018-Tax, dated October 11, 2018, related to the collection of a 0.5% levy on the net value of intra-state taxable supplies facilitated for other suppliers.

In the said notification, for the words “half per cent.”, the figure and word “0.25 per cent.” Shall be substituted.

This notification shall come into force from July 10, 2024.
