Industry Specific Compliance The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) on October 10, 2024, issued an update in the Master Directions - Mortgage Guarantee Companies (Reserve Bank) Directions, 2016.

Directions 2D shall be amended which states “Guidance Note on Operational Risk Management and Operational Resilience - MGCs may make use of the ‘Guidance Note on Operational Risk Management and Operational Resilience’ dated April 30, 2024, as amended from time to time.”
