Secretarial ComplianceThe National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange Limited (NCDEX) on October 10, 2024, issued the guidelines in pursuance of amendment to SEBI KYC (Know Your Client) Registration Agency (KRA) Regulations, 2011.

The following has been stated namely: -

• It states that clients with unvalidated KYC (On Hold) from September 1 to September 30, 2024, shall not be allowed to trade or square off open positions starting October 28, 2024, until validation is complete, and any open positions shall expire on the respective contract expiry date.

• It further states that all subsequently KRA-compliant PAN shall be allowed to trade on T+1 based on KRA information received on T day.
