The National Commodity & Derivatives Exchange Limited (NCDEX) on October 11, 2024, issued a circular regarding the Risk Based Supervision - Submission of Information for the period - April 01, 2024 – September 30, 2024.
The following has been stated:
• The members are required to submit the information/data towards the Risk Based Supervision for the period April 01, 2024 – September 30, 2024, to the Exchange by November 30, 2024 as per SEBI Directives.
• The particulars of such information/data sought in this regard (Annexure A), charges for non-submission/delayed submission (Annexure B) and process manual & FAQs for submission are available in the downloads section on the Exchange website https://ncdex.com/quick_links/download as Risk Based Supervision (RBS) Annexures. These details are to be submitted to the Exchange through the Compliance module on the NCFE portal.
• It is to be noted that the submission of RBS data is mandatory for all active members of the Exchange (i.e. those who have executed even a single trade during the period April 01, 2024 – September 30, 2024).
