The India International Exchange (INX) on October 11, 2024, issued the notification regarding the Submission of half yearly net worth certificate as on September 30, 2024, for the financial year 2024-25.
The following has been stated namely: -
• Members are to submit net worth certificate and computation of Net worth as on September 30, 2024, as per prescribed formats latest by November 30, 2024.
• Submission of net worth certificate and computation of net worth are required to be made online in electronic format through IIEFS Portal.
• The following Annexures are attached namely: -
o Minimum Net worth requirement for Trading members (TM) and method of computation of Net worth – Annexure 1.
o Net worth certificate – Annexure 2
o Computation of net worth – Annexure 3
