Finance & Taxation Compliance The Finance Department, Govt. of Maharashtra on October 10, 2024, notified regarding the enforcement date for certain provisions of the Maharashtra Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Ordinance, 2024.

The following has been stated namely: -

• The provisions of sections 7, 32, 28, and 40 shall come into force on September 27, 2024.

• The provisions of sections 3 to 6, 8, 10 to 31, 33, 34, 36, 37, and 39 shall come into force on November 01, 2024.
