Finance & Taxation Compliance The Government of Kerala on October 07, 2024, issued the date on which provisions related to Kerala Goods and Services Tax (Third Amendment) Rules, 2023, will come into force.

The following has been stated:

• It has appointed October 08, 2024, as the date on which the provisions of clause (iv) and (v) of rule 2 and rule 3 of the Kerala Goods and Services Tax (Third Amendment) Rules, 2023, shall come into force.
