Secretarial Compliance The National Stock Exchange (NSE) on October 14, 2024, notified regarding the Graduation of NSE IFSC Receipts on US Stocks from the Regulatory Sandbox Framework of IFSCA.

The following has been stated:

• The Members are requested to note that pursuant to IFSCA approval, NSE IFSC Receipts is graduated from the regulatory sandbox of IFSCA and have been permitted to be cleared and settled in accordance with NSEICC Regulations (Clause 3.7 – Clearing & Settlement) and circular ref. no. NICCL/C&S/573 dated January 31, 2023.
